Blueberry Lane Fancy
This cookie was named after a childhood dog we adopted. My mom's friend showed English Setters and happened to have a retired show dog named Blueberry Lane Fancy they wanted to give away. Oh the adventures he had - even ending up at the Rockefeller Estate for a week (that's a story for another time!). Since show dogs typically have "call" names he went by Chumley. Fitting for an English chap!
This delicious cookie is made with two types of oats, brown butter, dried organic blueberries and lemon zest. They are out of this world, especially if you are looking for a cookie without chocolate.

UPS mistakenly sent my order on a very long journey but the cookies eventually arrived in excellent condition. They were still fresh and delicious. If you can't pick them up locally, go ahead and order them by mail, you won't regret it.
