Do you love Keeping up with the Joneses? Well how about adding pistachio butter and crushed pistachio to that? Pistachio butter is added to the batter, then again swirled in with the caramel. Crushed pistachios are added with the dark chocolate chunks before baking into a chewy center and crispy edges. Flaky salt finishes off this delectable cookie!

Barefoot in Forsyth
This is my gluten free version of "Keeping up with the Joneses". It's the same, but different in that it has gluten free sourdough starter, almond flour and rice flour. Caramel is swirled into the dough and then the chocolate chunks. The cookies are chewy in the middle and crispy on the edges and weigh over 1/4 pound each! You'll never know these are gluten free!

Bootleg Butterscotch
I created these Bootleg Butterscotch cookies for The Savannah Magazine's "Best Of" party. The theme was a 1935 Speakeasy. All 200 cookies were gone by the end of the night. The secret? Bourbon and espresso in both the butterscotch and the ganache. Guests really enjoyed the unique flavors, organic ingredients, and that touch of sourdough I add to all my cookies.  2 of my homemade butterscotch infused cookies are sandwiched between homemade butterscotch bourbon ganache. A touch of espresso is added to balance out the flavors in both the cookies and the ganache. These cookies take several days to make but are worth the wait! They are topped with edible gold and are perfect for an event.
