Corinne
Founder & Head Baker
Baking has always been my passion, starting with chocolate chip cookies for my dad—a recipe that’s now my signature. Originally from Westchester County, NY, I played volleyball at George Washington University and spent 30 years in Virginia raising my family before settling in Savannah, GA with my husband, Kelly.​
​
My professional path has been varied and rewarding—I’ve worked in massage therapy, the legal field, a high school counseling office, coached volleyball, managed production at Custom Ink, and built a career in HR. Across all these roles, baking has remained my true creative outlet and favorite way to connect with others.
​
Daisy Bakes has grown organically from sharing my cookies with friends, family, coworkers, and at community events. My menu features unique flavor combinations, all crafted with organic, locally sourced ingredients and the goodness of sourdough.

The daisy stands for happiness, simplicity, and new beginnings—qualities that inspire everything I bake.

Kelly and I were married when our children were just 4, 5, 7, and 8 years old. Over the years, they’ve grown into incredible adults, and now our family is expanding once more as we welcome our soon-to-be son-in-law!

Kelly enjoys tasting all of my bakes and shares them with his co-workers at Savannah Magazine where he works as a graphic designer. He is also an accomplished artist, graduating from SCAD with a Masters in Painting.

White Dog
Mascot & Best Basset
White Dog joined our family in 2012 after being rescued from BROOD (Basset Hound Rescue of Old Dominion). He lived a long, happy life with his brothers, Flip Flop and Boomer. White Dog was my shadow - always ready to snuggle, howl, and of course, eat! He truly was the best boy and I miss him every day.
