Hi, I’m Corinne —

the baker behind Daisy Bakes.

My signature chocolate chip cookie, “Keeping up with the Joneses,” started as a classic recipe for my dad and evolved with homemade caramel, chopped chocolate, sourdough, and plenty of experimenting along the way.

I bake what I love. I’ve also had the opportunity to learn from Giuseppe Dell'Anno, winner of The Great British Bake Off.

Now I bake small batches in Savannah using organic, locally sourced ingredients.

 

Baking makes me happy—and I love sharing that with others and connecting through something as simple as a cookie.
