Hi, I’m Corinne —

the baker behind Daisy Bakes.

My signature chocolate chip cookie, “Keeping up with the Joneses,” started as a classic recipe for my dad and evolved with homemade caramel, chopped chocolate, sourdough, and plenty of experimenting along the way.

​

Last year, to celebrate my 60th birthday, I traveled to Cheltenham, England to join a baking class offered by Giuseppe Dell'Anno, winner of The Great British Bake Off. He is an absolute joy and I learned so much from him.

An opportunity presented itself shortly thereafter, and now  I bake small batches of cookies and other treats in my Savannah kitchen using organic, locally sourced ingredients.

 

Daisy Bakes has connected me with  friends old and new. Clearly demonstrating that yes, cookies do bring people together!
