Back in high school, I used to eat a pack of Linden’s Butter Crunch cookies almost every day for lunch — usually with a Tab or a carton of milk.
When a few customers recently asked for a butter brickle or heath-style cookie, I knew exactly what I wanted to recreate—but better.
I start with browned butter for that rich, nutty base, then fold in homemade toffee for a buttery crunch in every bite. Finished with my signature sourdough base, it adds depth and balance without being overly sweet.
Crisp on the edges, soft in the center, and layered with flavor and texture.
