This cookie started with a memory.
 
Back in high school, I ate a three-pack of Linden's Butter Crunch cookies almost every day for lunch — usually with a Tab or a carton of milk. So when I decided to give School Days a new look, bringing it back to a nostalgic trio just made sense.
 
Each nearly four-inch cookie starts with browned butter and my signature sourdough base, then gets loaded with house-made crunchy toffee. Crisp around the edges, soft in the center, with that buttery crunch in every bite.
