This flavor combination was inspired by my husband's favorites 🍋‍🟩🥥.

Bright lime, toasted coconut, and a splash of tequila in our gluten free sourdough cookie dough, with homemade caramel swirled throughout.

Rolled in lime infused sugar for a crisp edge and soft center. Finished with toasted coconut and a final pinch of citrus sugar.
