Garden Party
 
A friend couldn't stop talking about a ricotta cake with blackberries she had at a garden party. It sounded amazing! I immediately started thinking about creating a cookie version and when I saw blackberries for sale at the Farmer's Market, that sealed the deal. I bought the blackberries and immediately started working on a recipe.
 
When I texted her to ask for name ideas, she naturally came up with Garden Party. 
 
This is an ode to the beginning of Summer - a Brown Butter Lemon Ricotta Cookie with a touch of sourdough, swirled with homemade blackberry reduction (no seeds) and rolled in lemon sugar before baking.
 
Each cookie weighs 135+grams (4.75 Oz.)
