Bootleg Butterscotch
The cookie that started it all is back. One year ago, Bootleg Butterscotch made its debut at the Savannah Magazine party—and Daisy Bakes officially began. I created the cookie specifically for their 1935 speakeasy-themed party - hence the name!
Now it’s returning in a special size to celebrate our first birthday.
A brown butter cookie made with dark brown sugar, sourdough starter, a touch of espresso, and homemade bourbon-infused butterscotch swirled throughout. Finished with another little butterscotch swirl and a tiny dusting of gold and flaky salt.

Crisp on the edges, soft in the center, and layered with flavor.
